"I met you at the show in Calgary and took home some of your products.  I want to say I am literally delighted by them.  The quality and fresh-taste of the fish is something I've never experienced or even thought possible in a canned product.  It tastes so fresh and the smoked tuna is over-the-top delicious.

 Thank you so very much for bringing this into Calgary!!! I am wondering about your story, how this all got started, and how on earth you make something like canned tuna taste like something I would buy for dinner at a market.
